This book blew me away. It was pretty much perfect.
In theory, this book was perfect for me; in execution, not so much.
A fast, sassy contemporary teen coming-of-age / romance (Keplinger’s specialty).
“Lorelai Gilmore” ‘s first book is a funny, sweet example of chicklit–not my favorite genre, but I liked it!
Skillful short stories, but I didn’t love them so much as her second collection (Magic for Beginners).
A fun sci-fi adventure and mystery/romance. Also, look at that cover!
Fantasy adventure romance, including (which I forgot to mention in the video) a girl who pretends to be a boy for [x very good reason], which is kind of my Kryptonite.
An interesting take on the classic portal fantasy trope; mostly recommended, with some big reservations.
An extremely fun Korean historical-fusion-adventure drama of a book.
The Book (of the series) Where Everything Changes. Now give me the next one, please!
